WELCOME COACHES

Coaches play a big part in the success of the Big Blue Rams Football Team. Duties include being a mentor and role model to all participants (not just the ones assigned to specific teams), teaching fundamentals to players, and emphasizing the importance of safety to participants. All coaches that are chosen to be a part of the Big Blue Family must go through Heads Up Training. This training assures that coaches are able to identify symptoms of a concussion and know what to do if such a situation arises with one of our players. Coaches are vetted by our Board of Directors. The vetting process includes a thorough background check.
